Where is Your Store Located? - This is an ON-LINE ONLY Store. Most of our products come directly from the artist, NOT The Celts and Vikings Store, we just help them get their product sold. It is run out of my private home. However, there are ways to shop in person (see below) but keep in mind, I don't have everything that you see on the website.
Orders - For Calgary Pickup orders, make sure the items is in stock by email or calling at the above times, then buy on line then call annd make arrangements to pick up your order on the weekend. We fill orders and answer letters from Tuesdays to Fridays. When you purchase an item, you are saying that you agreed with our Shipping and Policies.
Usual Shipping Time - We order from the supplier within 24 hrs of your order, then it takes the artist or supplier 48 hrs to answer and 2 days to process the order before shipping. From there it normally takes up to 10 weekdays. 5 to 15 weekdays in total. See shipping and policies link on home page or bottom of any page.
THREE WAYS TO SHOP IN PERSON: The more you support us the quicker we shall open our retail brick and mortar store. At this permanennt location, we will also offer the Celtic Pagan School a home in which they will conduct their spiritual courses and host guest speakers. Good news however,
1) If you set up a party of minimum 3 shoppers and call ahead for a weekend visit, your guests or group can shop in my home. Please keep in mind that I do not have in stock everything on our website as some is sent directly from the artist to you and I would have no room to live in my home lol. I shall set up part of my home as the store for you, where you can shop to your hearts content. If you are not going to make it, please be respectful and give me a 5 hr notice as it takes a long time to set up. Weekends only! If you are looking for hard to find medieval costumes, please drop us a line with as many details as possible.
NOTE: If your party or group is quite large, make sure the time slot allows for groups of 6 maximum to come in at a time, so say a reenactment group of 40 persons would be divided into 45 minute time slots for each you would need approximately 4 - 5 hours.
2) Calgary Public is welcome to call us to book a Home party during hrs listed below. Tuesday through Friday please call BETWEEN 5 pm & 7 pm or Saturdays between 1 to 4:00pm. We take 1 - 1/2 hrs set up time prior to start time when your guests will arrive. The Party Host gets 10% of the sales to put towards his or her own purchase. A $10 gas fee is required and non-refundable if you cancel.
